Single-core microporous membrane filter is a cylindrical filtration equipment made of stainless steel (such as SUS304/316L), and the core adopts a pleated filter element as a filter element, which can efficiently intercept particles and bacteria and other pollutants above 0.1μm in liquid or gas. It is characterized by high filtration accuracy, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, easy operation, and backwash support, making it suitable for sterile or high cleanliness requirements.

1. Installation preparation: clean the filter and connecting parts to ensure that the filter element and shell are installed correctly.

2. Start-up inspection: confirm that the pressure pump is running in the correct direction, check whether the valve is closed and whether the pipeline is sealed.

3. Operation process: slowly open the inlet valve, and open the outlet valve for filtration after exhausting the air. When the differential pressure > 0.1MPa or the flow rate drops significantly, the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced.

1. Avoid dry burning of the filter element, and confirm the temperature resistance level of the material during high-temperature operation.

2. Long-term out-of-service needs to be emptied to prevent microbial breeding.
