Product Quality Assurance Commitment Letter

Following the quality policy of "seeking excellence in technology, high quality, excellent service, and good efficiency", the company has introduced a batch of advanced precision machining equipment, continuously optimized product structure, focused on standardization, scientification, and modern management, and always adhered to the principle of "customer first, quality first". We develop and produce products according to customer requirements, ensuring that the entire process of product design, raw material and component procurement, production manufacturing, inspection, packaging protection and delivery, after-sales service, etc. is under control, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery, and providing customers with reliable high-precision filter equipment and satisfactory services.

Our company sincerely guarantees to users that:
A、 Strictly follow the contract requirements and provide products that meet the product design standards and have qualified quality;
B、 Strictly inspect and control the incoming weight of raw materials, components, and supporting parts;
C、 Provide relevant technical information to the user in accordance with the contract and ensure timely delivery;
D、 Users within this city are required to provide 24-hour on-site service, while those from other provinces and cities are required to provide 48 hour on-site service, ensuring effective service;
E、 Any rework or repair caused by quality issues of our company's products within one year from the date of production will be provided free of charge.

Product after-sales service management

To ensure after-sales service of the product, the company has developed a service procedure. The after-sales service regulations require after-sales service personnel to be enthusiastic, sincere, patient, meticulous, thoughtful, and timely in serving customers, and a after-sales service department has been established. General after-sales service; We have received a call and are arranging personnel to provide on-site service to solve various problems. Urgent or special services: Upon receiving a service call on the same day, we guarantee to arrive at the scene within 3 hours (12 hours for other provinces and cities) to solve the problem and ensure that the user's electricity usage is normal. After completing all service projects, service personnel should also write a "company product after-sales service feedback form", stating the feedback content, measures to solve the problem of retention, and ask the user to confirm. After acceptance, sign the feedback form and bring it back to the company for filing and archiving.

The product has a shelf life of one year. During the shelf life, any quality problems caused by non user reasons will be repaired free of charge. Quality problems caused by improper use and storage by users will be subject to a lifetime system with discretionary charges. For repairs outside the warranty period of the product, a paid service will be implemented (only component fees will be charged).

Promise of free maintenance period
A、 The shelf life of the products produced by our company is one year after they are put into operation. Within the warranty period, quality problems caused by non user reasons will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
B、 The supplier has the obligation to provide spare parts and repairs at the most favorable price for equipment damage caused by user responsibility.
C、 The company has the obligation to provide long-term equipment vulnerable parts or a list of vulnerable parts suppliers.
D、 The company provides free operation and maintenance training for customers.
