Introduction

Sanitary precision filter is a kind of high-efficiency filtration equipment designed for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other industries with strict requirements for hygiene standards. Its core is made of stainless steel (such as 304/316L) shell and high-precision filter elements (such as PP, PES, PTFE, etc.), with a filtration accuracy of 0.1–100μm, which can effectively remove particles, microorganisms and impurities in liquid or gas, and at the same time comply with FDA, 3A and other international health standards. Features include corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, autoclavable, and multi-stage cascade support for improved filtration.

How to use
1. Installation:
     The inlet and outlet flanges are connected to the system, and the liquid is introduced after fixing the legs, and the exhaust valve needs to be opened to drain the air, and then the exhaust valve is closed and the outlet valve is opened.
     When replacing the filter element, it is necessary to close the valve, drain the liquid, and clean the cylinder and install the new filter after disassembling the old filter element to avoid over-tightening.
2. Operation monitoring:
     The turbidity of the inlet water needs to be ≤1NTU, and the outlet water quality is not up to standard or the pressure difference is >0.1MPa, and the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced (pickled or directly replaced).

3. Biotechnology: microbial retention of cell culture media and fermentation broth.
4. Cosmetics: purification of raw materials and removal of impurities from end products.
5. Electronics/Chemical: High Purity Water Preparation, Wastewater Treatment and Chemical Solvent Filtration.
