Introduction

The multi-core microporous membrane filter is composed of a stainless steel shell and a plurality of microporous membrane filter elements, the filter element materials include polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), etc., the pore size range is usually 0.1-60μm, and the filtration accuracy can be selected according to the requirements. Its working principle is to intercept particles, microorganisms and other impurities in the fluid through the micropores of the filter element, and the clean fluid flows out through the micropores. The equipment has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, etc., and is suitable for high-purity fluid handling.


How to use
1. Installation and pre-washing
• Select the appropriate pore size and material filter element according to the nature of the fluid, and ensure tightness during installation.
• Pre-rinse the filter cartridge to remove residue before first use.
2. Operation and monitoring
• After connecting the pipeline, gradually open the valve to control the initial pressure (generally ≤ 0.5MPa).
• Real-time monitoring of differential pressure, if it exceeds 0.1MPa or the flow rate drops, the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced.
3. Maintenance and cleaning
• Regular backwashing or chemical cleaning (e.g., NaOH solution soaking) to restore cartridge performance.
• Replace the filter element when it is irreversibly clogged or at the end of its useful life.

Typical Application

1. Pharmaceutical field: sterilization of water for injection, clarification of liquid medicine, purification of biological agents.
2. Food and beverages: terminal filtration of alcohol, juice and mineral water to remove impurities.
3. Chemical/electronic: filtration of high-purity chemicals (such as sulfuric acid and alcohol), preparation of semiconductor ultrapure water.
4. Environmental protection water treatment: reverse osmosis pretreatment, industrial wastewater particle interception.
