Introduction
Pipeline strainer is a device used to remove solid impurities in fluid media, common types include Y-type, basket-type, T-type and cone type, etc. Its core structure is composed of a filter screen (such as stainless steel wire mesh), a shell and a sewage discharge component, which protects pumps, valves, instruments and other equipment by intercepting particulate matter (such as rust, sand, etc.), and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, water treatment and other fields.
How to use
1. Installation: Before connecting with the pipe flange, the thread surface needs to be cleaned, and sealant or PTFE tape should be used to ensure the tightness.
2. Operation monitoring: judge the blockage situation through the change of pressure difference, and discharge sewage in time when the pressure difference is too large.
3. Sewage operation:
Manual mode: Close the upstream/downstream valves and open the drain to remove impurities.
Automatic mode: set the filtration and sewage time, and the timer automatically controls the cleaning cycle.
4. Maintenance: Regularly check the integrity of the filter, and replace it if it is deformed or damaged to avoid secondary pollution by impurities.
