Sanitary cartridge inverted filter is a precision filtration equipment designed for food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other industries with high hygiene standards. Its core structure adopts an upside-down design, and the filter element is suspended in a stainless steel shell, which can effectively intercept particles, bacteria and other impurities in liquid or gas (filtration accuracy can reach 0.01μm), and at the same time meet the strict requirements of sterility, no shedding, corrosion resistance, etc.

1. Installation: check the tightness of the filter element and the shell, and connect the inlet and outlet ports (clamps/flanges);

2. Start: Slowly open the inlet valve to exhaust the air, and then open the outlet valve;

3. Maintenance: Clean/replace the filter element when the pressure difference > 0.1MPa or the flow rate drops, and support reverse washing.
