Introduction

Single-layer horizontal (positive pressure) filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment using the principle of pressurized filtration, the main structure is composed of stainless steel perforated mesh or metal mesh to support the filter cloth/filter membrane, the liquid penetrates the filter medium from top to bottom through positive pressure drive, and impurities are trapped on the surface of the filter medium. Its simple and compact design is suitable for liquid clarification, sterilization and high-precision filtration in the fields of medicine, food, chemical industry and other fields.

  1. High-precision filtration: Clear filtration is achieved through filter cloth, filter membrane or filter aid (such as diatomaceous earth), and the accuracy can reach 0.1~50μm.

  2. Flexible operation: support positive pressure, negative pressure or a combination of the two, adapt to different viscosity materials.

  3. Stable and efficient: The horizontal filter cloth design ensures the stability of the filter cake layer, the large slag holding capacity, and no residual liquid discharge can be achieved after the compressed air dries the filter cake.

  4. Convenient maintenance: the lid is opened and discharged with the assistance of the cylinder, and the filter material can be disassembled and cleaned, which meets the requirements of sanitary level.

How to use

1. Pretreatment: The new equipment needs to be cleaned with 10% sodium hydroxide and disinfected before aseptic operation.

2. Install the filter material: Spread the filter membrane/filter cloth on the metal mesh support surface to seal the tank.

3. Pressurized filtration: Gradually pressurized (0.05~0.3MPa) by pump or compressed air, the liquid is discharged from the bottom.

4. Unloading: Open the lid after the pressure is zero, remove the filter cake and clean the equipment.

1. Pharmaceutical industry: liquid clarification, activated carbon interception, aseptic filtration.
