Introduction

The bag filter is a compact and easy-to-operate solid-liquid separation equipment, which is composed of a metal shell, a support basket and a replaceable filter bag. Its working principle is that the liquid flows into the filter bag from the inlet, the impurities are trapped in the bag, and the clean liquid flows out from the outlet, which is suitable for high-precision, high-flow liquid filtration scenarios.

 Peculiarity:

  1. Efficient and convenient: it only takes a few minutes to replace the filter bag, no need to clean the equipment, and supports online operation.

  2. High-precision filtration: the filtration accuracy is wide (0.5~500 μm), which can meet the needs of different industries.

  3. Various materials: the filter bag can choose polypropylene, nylon, polyester, etc., and the shell material includes stainless steel, carbon steel, etc., with strong corrosion resistance.

  4. Economical and energy-saving: small operating pressure loss, low energy consumption, and the filter bag can be cleaned and used repeatedly.

  5. Large processing capacity: multi-bag design supports large-flow filtration (the maximum flow rate of a single machine can reach 1080m³/h)

 

How to use

1. Installation: Connect the inlet and outlet flanges or pipes, fix the equipment, and ensure that the sealing ring is in good condition.

2. Filter bag placement: Put the filter bag into the support basket, align the ring mouth, and press the top cover.

3. Start-up: Slowly open the inlet valve to avoid impacting the filter bag; Observe the pressure gauge, the normal pressure difference < 0.1MPa.

4. Maintenance: When the differential pressure > 0.4MPa or the flow rate drops, turn off the equipment and replace the filter bag.

5. Disinfection: high temperature steam (121°C) or chemical disinfection, suitable for medicine and food industry.
