Introduction

Fluorine-lined anticorrosive core filter is a kind of precision filtration equipment dedicated to the treatment of strong corrosive media, its core structure is made of carbon steel or stainless steel shell lined with fluoroplastics (such as PTFE, FEP, PFA, etc.), combined with replaceable filter element components, to achieve effective interception of impurities in corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc. Its working principle is that after the fluid enters the filter from the inlet, it passes through the high-precision filter element (such as pleated filter element, titanium rod filter element, etc.), and the impurities are trapped on the surface or pores of the filter element, and the clean liquid is discharged from the outlet. The filter element can be disassembled for cleaning or replacement, and the equipment needs to be turned off and flushed back when cleaning.

Peculiarity:

1. Strong corrosion resistance: Lined with fluoroplastics, it can withstand strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrofluoric acid.

2. Modular design: the filter element can be quickly replaced, and it supports a variety of filtration ratings (1-100μm).

3. Good sealing: Fluoroelastomer or silicone is used to seal to prevent medium leakage.

4. Wide range of application: suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions, smooth surface to reduce blockage.

how to use

1. Installation: Connect the inlet and outlet according to the flow direction of the medium to ensure the tightness of the flange.

2. Operation: Check the pressure gauge before starting, control the working pressure ≤ 1.6MPa, and monitor the pressure difference regularly.

3. Maintenance: When the pressure difference exceeds 0.1MPa, clean or replace the filter element, and the cleaning needs to be backflushed with pure water or special solvent.
