Stainless Steel Tanks Move
Introduction

Stainless steel mobile storage tank is a movable container made of 304/316L stainless steel as the main material, equipped with wheels, trailer or caster device, which has high strength, corrosion resistance and portability. It is designed to meet the hygiene standards of food grade and pharmaceutical grade, and can meet the needs of sealed storage, transit transportation and temporary dispensing of liquids

Features

1. Modular design

The tank body adopts a single-layer or double-layer structure, and can be equipped with an optional insulation layer (polyurethane / pearl cotton) to adapt to temperature-sensitive materials;

The inner wall is mirror-polished (Ra≤0.28μm), and the outer wall can be matte, sandblasted and other processes to reduce residue adhesion;

Built-in partition or layered structure supports multi-category liquid dispensing.

2. Mobile & Security Configuration

Standard brake directional wheels and pushers, load-bearing wheels can be customized design, suitable for workshop, outdoor and other multi-scene transfer;

Equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, sealing caps and bottom blowdown valves to prevent leakage and achieve pressure monitoring.

3. Functional scalability

Optional stirrer, heating/cooling jacket, CIP cleaning system, etc., to meet the process needs of emulsification, constant temperature storage, etc.;

The capacity covers 50L-10000L, and supports non-standard customization (such as cone bottom discharge, vacuum negative pressure design)

Typical Applications

(1) Food and beverage industry

Dairy processing: used for temporary storage and transfer of fresh milk and yogurt in the factory, such as the dairy factory uses mobile tanks with insulation to ensure the quality of low-temperature dairy products;

Winemaking and beverages: wineries use closed mobile tanks for the transfer of fermented purees to avoid oxidative contamination.

(2) Chemical and pharmaceutical fields

Temporary storage of chemicals: chemical plants separate corrosive solvents (such as acids and alkalis) into high-pressure storage tanks and transfer them safely to the production line through explosion-proof wheels;

Pharmaceutical preparation: Pharmaceutical companies use mobile tanks with stirring function for liquid drug mixing, and directly connect to the filling equipment through the aseptic pipeline interface.

(3) Energy and emergency scenarios

Fuel transfer: Petroleum companies use anti-static mobile storage tanks to temporarily store diesel fuel to support energy supply at field sites.

Environmental emergency: When dealing with leaking chemical waste, the mobile tank can be used as a temporary collection device to avoid environmental pollution
