Introduction

The sanitary titanium rod filter adopts 316L or 304 stainless steel shell, and is equipped with titanium powder sintered filter element, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (≤ 300 °C), strong acid and alkali resistance, and pressure resistance (≤0.5MPa). The filter element is made into a porous structure through a high-temperature sintering process, which can deeply filter impurities, and supports backwash regeneration, with a long service life of 4-5 years. It is designed to meet GMP standards and is suitable for industries with high hygiene requirements, such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage, etc.

How to use

1. Installation: connect the pipeline to ensure tightness;
2. Operation: Forward passage into the fluid, impurities are trapped on the surface of the titanium rod;
3. Cleaning: reverse flushing or ultrasonic cleaning to restore flux;
4. Replacement: Replace the filter element when the pressure difference is significantly higher or the cleaning is ineffective.

Typical Application

1. Pharmaceutical industry: decarburization filtration and terminal security filtration in the production of large infusions and injections.

2. Food and beverage: clarification and filtration of beverages, liquor, vegetable oil and other liquids to remove odors and impurities.

3. Chemical industry: highly corrosive liquid separation, catalyst recovery and gas purification (such as compressed air and ozone sterilization).

4. Water treatment: pretreatment of ultrafiltration/reverse osmosis system to remove heavy metals and radioactive substances.
