2. Good sealing: one-piece seamless design to prevent leakage, suitable for high-pressure scenarios (up to 10 kg).
3. Flexible operation: support single bag or multi-bag parallel use, and the quick-opening structure design is convenient for quick replacement of filter bags.
4. Temperature adaptability: some models can be interlayered with steam or heat transfer oil to maintain the fluid temperature (the operating temperature of ordinary type is generally ≤ 60 °C).
The difference between fluorine-lined anticorrosive bag filter and ordinary bag filter:
1. Material differences: fluorine-lined filters are lined with fluoroplastics (such as PTFE and FEP) in a carbon steel/stainless steel matrix, and ordinary filters are mostly made of PP plastic or stainless steel non-anticorrosive coating.
2. Corrosion resistance: fluorine-lined type can withstand strong acids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.), strong alkali and organic solvents, and ordinary type is only suitable for neutral or weakly corrosive media.
3. Working conditions: the maximum pressure resistance of fluorine-lined type is up to 10 kg, and some of them support steam/heat transfer oil interlayer insulation; The pressure resistance of the ordinary type is usually ≤ 7 kg, and there is no heat preservation function.
4. Application field: fluorine-lined type is used for high-precision filtration in chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating and other corrosive environments; The ordinary type is mostly used in non-corrosive scenarios such as food and water treatment.
5. Maintenance cost: Due to the special material of fluorine-lined type, the initial cost of filter bag and equipment is higher, but the service life is longer than that of ordinary filter bag (especially in corrosive media).
1. Installation: Connect the inlet and outlet pipelines according to the flow direction of the medium to ensure tightness.
2. Pre-filtration: check that the specification of the filter bag matches the filtration accuracy (commonly used 1-100μm).
3. Operation monitoring: regularly observe the pressure difference, and replace the filter bag when the pressure difference ≥ 0.07MPa.
