Multi-bag filter is a kind of high-efficiency filtration equipment for the separation of suspended particles in liquid or gas, using multi-filter bag parallel design, suitable for large flow, high dirt holding capacity working conditions. Its working principle is to press the medium into the filter by pressure, the liquid is separated from the solid and liquid through the filter bag, the impurities are trapped in the filter bag, and the clean liquid is discharged from the outlet. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries.
Peculiarity:
1. High processing capacity: the multi-filter bag design improves the filtration efficiency, and the processing capacity is several times that of the same type of single bag machine.
2. Quick maintenance: quick-opening top cover design (such as stainless steel hoop or spring balance device), bag change time can be shortened to 30 seconds.
3. Flexible filtration accuracy: the accuracy of the filter bag ranges from 0.5-800μm, and supports different materials (such as PP, PTFE, PESU) to adapt to acid, alkali or high temperature environments.
4. Sealing and safety: each filter bag is locked independently to prevent side leakage; Some models are equipped with a safety interlocking device, which requires the exhaust gas to relieve pressure before the lid can be opened.
5. Low operating cost: the filter bag can be cleaned and reused, and the cost per unit filtration area is lower than that of the filter element equipment.
1. Installation: After wetting the O-ring, insert the filter bag vertically to ensure that it is completely embedded in the stainless steel tank; Connect the tubing and check the tightness.
2. Disinfection:
Off-line disinfection: steam treatment at 121°C for 30 minutes;
In-line disinfection: Steam for 30 minutes after installation.
3. Operation: Slowly adjust the valve to control the flow rate to avoid sudden pressure change and damage to the filter bag; The working pressure is recommended to be 0.1-0.3MPa.
4. Maintenance: When the pressure difference reaches 0.1MPa, replace the filter bag, and the old bag can be soaked and cleaned with 4% hydrochloric acid/sodium hydroxide and reused.
