Description

Brief introduction; Security filter (also known as precision filter) is a key equipment used in water treatment system, mainly installed in front of reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, ultrafiltration membrane and other precision filtration devices, through high-precision filter elements (such as PP cotton, meltblown filter element, etc.) to intercept suspended particles, colloids, bacteria and other impurities, to protect the follow-up equipment from blockage or damage. It is mostly made of stainless steel or plastic, with a wide range of filtration ratings (0.01–100 μm), and typical application scenarios include drinking water treatment, industrial circulating water, pharmaceutical preparation, etc.

peculiarity

1. High efficiency and low resistance: the pore size of the filter element is uniform, the filtration efficiency is high and the pressure loss is small, which can prolong the life of the subsequent equipment.

2. Various materials: the shell is made of 304/316L stainless steel or corrosion-resistant plastic, which is suitable for complex media such as acid and alkali.

3. Flexible design: support single-core or multi-core combination, quick-open, flange and other connection methods, easy to maintain.

4. Economical and practical: the filter element is replaceable, the operating cost is low, and it supports backwashing to prolong the service life.

How to use

1. Installation: When connecting the pipeline, make sure that the water flow direction is correct (water inlet on the outside → water outlet on the inside), and check the integrity of the sealing ring.

 2. Operation: start the exhaust before starting, adjust the flow rate to the design value, and monitor the differential pressure (the filter element needs to be replaced if it exceeds 0.1–0.15MPa).

 3. Maintenance: Clean the shell regularly, close the valve and empty the equipment when replacing the filter element to avoid impurities residue.

Typical Application

1. Drinking water treatment: remove sediment and rust to improve water quality safety.

2. Industrial water system: protect reverse osmosis membranes and ion exchangers, and extend the life of equipment (such as power plant boiler water replenishment, electronic ultrapure water preparation).

3. Food & Pharmaceutical: Ensure that the production water is sterile and meets hygienic standards.

4. Wastewater treatment: intercept suspended solids and reduce the follow-up treatment load.

5. Chemical and energy: filter impurities in oil and natural gas to improve product purity.
