The capsule filter, also known as the integrated filter, uses a pleated filter membrane (such as polypropylene, PTFE or nylon membrane) with a large filtration surface area and is suitable for rapid filtration of larger volume solutions. The polypropylene housing, chemical-free, autoclavable, and widely used in laboratory, pharmaceutical, biomedical and industrial applications.

1. Installation: Connect the pipeline through the 1/4 external thread interface, and the optional adapter can be adapted to different equipment.

2. Sterilization:

   Autoclaving should be carried out vertically, with the outlet facing downward, to ensure that the condensate is discharged.

   Control sterilization cycle parameters (e.g., temperature 121°C, time 15-30 minutes) to avoid differential pressure damage to the filter.

3. Maintenance: Replace the filter element regularly, and prolong the life with pre-filtration; Discard according to specifications after use.
