Introduction

 Automatic external scraper filter is a kind of precision equipment for removing impurities on the surface of the filter screen online by mechanical scraping, which is suitable for continuous filtration of high-viscosity liquids (such as adhesives, coatings, syrup, etc.). Its core structure includes a stainless steel wedge-shaped filter, a rotary scraper system, a drive motor and an intelligent control system, which can realize automatic removal and sewage discharge of impurities without the need to replace the filter element or manual intervention

 Peculiarity:

  1. Fully automatic operation: support differential pressure, timing or manual cleaning mode, differential pressure trigger priority.

  2. Efficient cleaning: The metal scraper is attached to the filter screen to avoid impurities being squeezed and broken, and the cleaning is thorough.

  3. Wide applicability: It can handle liquids with viscosity up to 800,000 centipoise, and the accuracy range is 25–3000 microns.

  4. Closed design: prevent the leakage of hazardous materials and ensure production safety.

  5. Low maintenance cost: no consumables replacement, reducing downtime and environmental protection costs.

How it works

1. Filtration stage: The liquid flows from the outside of the filter to the inside, and the impurities are trapped on the outer surface by the wedge-shaped filter.

2. Scraping and cleaning: When the pressure difference or time reaches the set value, the geared motor drives the scraper to rotate close to the filter screen to scrape off the surface impurities.

3. Automatic sewage discharge: impurities fall into the bottom collection cavity and are discharged regularly through the electric/pneumatic valve, and the filtration process is not interrupted.

How to use

1. Installation connection: access the pipeline according to the inlet and outlet identification to ensure sealing.

2. Parameter setting: set the differential pressure threshold (such as 0.04MPa), cleaning cycle and sewage discharge time through the control box.

3. Start operation: Turn on the power supply, the system will automatically enter the filtering mode and monitor the pressure difference in real time.

4. Maintenance inspection: Regularly clean the collection cavity to verify the wear degree of the scraper and the integrity of the filter screen.
