Introduction:

Automatic internal scraper filter is an on-line self-cleaning filtration equipment, which is composed of stainless steel filter screen, rotary scraper system, drive device (motor or cylinder) and intelligent control system. Its core function is to automatically remove impurities attached to the inner wall of the filter screen by mechanical scraping, and is suitable for continuous filtration of high-viscosity liquids (such as resins, coatings, adhesives, etc.), with an accuracy range of 25-3000 microns.

Peculiarity:

1. Fully automatic operation: support differential pressure, timing or manual cleaning mode, differential pressure priority.

2. Non-consumable design: the scraper fits tightly with the filter screen, and there is no need to replace the filter element or filter bag.

How it works

1. Filtration stage: the liquid flows in from the inlet, intercepts the impurities through the wedge-shaped filter screen and flows out, and the impurities accumulate on the inner surface of the filter screen.

2. Cleaning stage: when the pressure difference or timing triggers the set value, the scraper is driven by the driving device to rotate/move up and down to scrape off the impurities of the filter screen, and the impurities fall into the bottom collection cavity.

3. Sewage discharge stage: the sewage valve is automatically opened, the high-concentration waste liquid is discharged, and the filtration process is not interrupted.

How to use

1. Installation: flange or threaded connection, pay attention to the direction of the inlet and outlet is consistent with the direction of fluid flow.

2. Parameter setting: set the differential pressure threshold (such as 0.04-0.06MPa), cleaning time and sewage discharge cycle through the control box.

3. Operation monitoring: observe the change of differential pressure, and regularly check the wear and tightness of the scraper.

4. Maintenance: Clean up the bottom residue when the machine is stopped, and the filter screen can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

Working principle

The liquid flows in from the inlet of the filter, flows from top to bottom, passes through the surface of the filter element, and flows towards the outlet; When a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface of the filter core, the motor drives the scraper equipped with a corrector to rotate tightly against the surface of the filter element, scraping off the impurities. The impurities accumulate at the bottom of the container with the descending liquid. When a certain amount of impurities accumulate, the automatic drain valve opens the collection chamber to discharge the liquid containing high concentration impurities. The discharged residual liquid can be recovered or discharged.
